Building a Clean Energy Economy: Van Jones Takes Your Questions

I can only assume that most of the people shaking their pitchforks at Van Jones over the last few days have not even read the Cliff's notes of his book "The Green Collar Economy." Although it is a shame that he was forced to resign, the even greater shame is that so many people are consciously opting for ignorance to the possibilities in moving toward sustainable energy.

There are many voices out there now screeching about their fears of a man they know so little about as most of their information comes from people devoted to division and misinformation. To seek at least a counter point to some of the nonsense the pundits are spewing, visit http://www.grist.org/article/2009-09-06-thoughts-on-van-jones-resignation/, http://www.alternet.org/environment/142310/glenn_beck%27s_crazy_lies_about_van_jones/, http://gawker.com/5352832/who-is-van-jones, and http://washingtonindependent.com/author/weigel/.

I am so glad Mr. Jones laid such great groundwork while advising for the White House and look forward to what we can do to create a brighter future as we work through the cynicism.
